Roux is a pop-up dining experience cross-pollinating food and design. We create intimate and interactive dinners that celebrate food as the ultimate material for the exploration of design and craft. We showcase the entire sensory experience of eating: from the food, to the atmosphere, and everything in between.

Everything you touch, feel, see and taste is there for a reason. Roux is a 360 degree experience; a fully interactive event.

Pop-ups keep it exciting! We have the ability to travel, meet new people and take our vision wherever we go.

LOCAL SEASONAL

We take pride in sourcing directly from local farms and making sure we use what is in season. Our local partners are the backbone for our events.

STORYTELLING

Each city we pop-up in has an important history to tell. We are here to celebrate, highlight and narrate their story.

A roux is equal parts fat and flour. A thickener of sauces, the savior to Thanksgiving gravy and an introduction into classical French cuisine. It is a base, creating endless possibilities.

Currently 5th year students at Syracuse University for Industrial and Interaction Design,
